Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter all employee life-cycle data into HRIS solution
Engage in activities as assigned to ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports and perform data flow analysis
Research and resolve system issues and unexpected system performance results; recommend solutions or alternate strategies to meet business requirements
Audit system data, processes and documents; recommend changes/improvements
Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects; collaborate with functional and technical staff on the same
Identify and recommend system and process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and alternate methodologies/policy changes
Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train new and existing system users
Run ad-hoc reports as requested
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 3 years' experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platform
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
HR systems knowledge.
Experience with Kronos time tracking system
Associate's degree in business or other related function
Ability to build relationships and instill confidence with business partners
Experience deriving and implementing solutions to complex problems
Experience using data analysis to troubleshoot data integrity issues
Payroll experience
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.43 - $30.63
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $23.50 - $35.25
