Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage small/medium initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial)
• Manage the relationship with the vendor collaboration center - expected to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Communicate effectively with POD/Category leadership as well as the ADvantage Support Center
• Responsible for providing first-level category specific analysis, vendor analysis and vendor support, sharing documents, parsing files
• Support senior-level collaboration analysts and appropriately escalate issues
• Support delivering business insights and change management
• Support cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives
• Collaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to target improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables
• Support implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience
• 2 years relevant experience
Skills and Abilities
• Subject matter expert of assigned Brands and Categories in store operations, category management, forecasting, and replenishment
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills demonstrated; experience developing data-driven analytical models

• Proven project management skills: conceptualizing, planning, estimating and executing.
