pport the Data Governance Manager in implementing a corporate-wide Data Governance strategy and further Data Governance education throughout the organization
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Sarborough, ME, Carlisle, PA, and Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree equavilant relavant experience
3+ years of experience in relevant field.
Basic understanding of Data Management and/or Data Governance.
Experience in implementing data policies and procedures.
Knowledge of project management methodology, requirements gathering and process improvement techniques.
Risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution and knowledge of process flows and change management.
Strong influencing skills to educate and articulate the business value of Data.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
