Essential job functions:
Responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by defining and prioritizing key capabilities to optimize the product lifecycle inside the existing VMDM tool. Responsible for championing the needs of the customer to the Product team and working with Product to prioritize the backlog from a business value perspective.
Translates business product goals and objectives into clear business requirements documents and partners with the Product Team to develop actionable product strategies. Collaborates with IT, Product and 3rd party tool support to ensure the tool's functionality aligns with business needs.
Leads training and system demos for all users. Leads end to end UAT and ticket support.
Responsible for the development of relevant test scripts and driving UAT activities, participates in scrum ceremonies, and supports change management activities (e.g. training, communications).
Ensures end users are well supported and IT tickets/root cause analysis are completed within department SLA's. First line of defense for escalation.
Implements data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of the vendor setup tool and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports to leadership highlighting tool performance and process enhancements.
Domain applications/process expert across legacy systems and VMDM.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in project management (e.g. Agile/Product Teams ways of working), operations, or product lifecycle management
Strong understanding of vendor setup management processes and methodologies
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for product management, project management, and data analysis
Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
Knowledge of existing Vendor Management System
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
