Essential job functions:
Partners cross-functionally to create and communicate a thorough and accurate picture of current state business processes.
Provides detailed analysis to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain, while developing clear, robust business cases for those opportunities.
Intake information that accurately models business processes' effectiveness and efficiency, focused on process quality, time, and costs.
Leverages project management skills to assist with planning, testing and deployment of process changes, while considering the timeline of overall organizational initiatives and priorities.
Leads analysis of current-state business processes and utilizes continuous improvement methodologies to provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
In partnership with other Procurement Services departments, Ddevelops reporting that highlights where process improvement initiatives are performing relative to targets and suggests opportunities for improvement based on analysis.
Aid in the identification and development of best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline business processes.
Monitor performance by incorporating observations of key supply chain KPIs and targeted process outcomes to identify potential focus areas for the overall supply chain continuous improvement agenda and savings targets.
Utilizes disciplines of DMAIC, DMADV, Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field is required.
Experience
Knowledge:
Business process and/or continuous improvement experience
Knowledge of DMAIC, DMADV, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain networks
Skills:

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
