Duties & Responsibilities:
Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, statistical tools, financial information systems and analytical principles to monitor, analyze, and communicate information in support of the business as it pertains to Vendors and operations.
Reviews invoices, verifies payments, and collaborates with stakeholders resolve discrepancies when necessary.
Responsible in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of business processes relating to operations and Vendors.
Facilitate communication with Vendors and internal stakeholders.
Develop, implement and monitor vendor performance plans when necessary.
Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent for experience.
3 years of related work experience in vendor management related functions
Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including systems data bases and reporting platforms; ex. Power BI
Strong organizational skills
Oral and/or written communication skills
Customer focus & Strong interpersonal skill
Initiative to identify and correct processes or problems
Attention to detail
Ability to complete assigned tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or certifications
Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools and analytics platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
