Department/Position Description:
The ITAM/CMDB team is dedicated to the efficient management and control of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring optimal utilization, compliance and cost efficiencies. Our goal is to deliver improved service delivery ensuring accurate asset data, streamlined process and comprehensive service mapping through a robust CMDB. Our commitment is to deliver value through enhanced visibility, operational efficiency and strategic insights across the IT estate. The Software Asset Management team is the second line of defense and supports software owners in maintaining compliancy. Discover/track inventory, license entitlements and compliance, compliance check for audit readiness and provide reporting against compliancy and risk. The focus of the Co-op will be to work with the asset team on workflow automation for example requests through purchase process and license reclamation
Qualifications:
Working towards a degree in Data Analytics or Computer Science
Data Analytics & Reporting experience
Understanding workflow and process optimization
Good task management skills
Ability to drive deliverables from concept to closure
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively
Experience with asset management concepts is a plus
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30
