Key Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the corporate office is prepared and operational for daily occupancy
Address general building maintenance issues, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic repairs
Assemble, move, and dismantle office furniture and cubicles; assist with remodels by reading and following blueprints
Support maintenance of building systems, including security, fire suppression, irrigation, elevators, generators, and UPS systems
Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and assist with routine inspections
Maintain off-site storage facilities and accurate inventory of equipment and supplies
Set up and tear down for company events throughout the year
Provide backup support in the mailroom as needed
Perform daily inspections to ensure building safety and security
Complete additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance or related experience
Good computer skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks, including lifting, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods
Must be able to drive a mail truck
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a Class A corporate facility running smoothly and efficiently.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $23.58 - $35.37
