mining End of Support and Technical debt. Partners with IT Asset Management team, in the analysis and validation of LCM/CMBD data to determine LCM Roadmap. Works closely with Infrastructure and Solutions Delivery teams regularly to review LCM investment recommendations.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Hardware Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of hardware assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets to identify trends, lifecycle phase, risk assessments and provide actionable insights. Ability to arrange large data sets into a presentation.
Identify: Research and identify asset type, model and inventory counts to develop technical debt investment forecasts.
Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards using PowerPoint and Power Bi to track hardware inventory, Lifecycle phase and performance metrics.
Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Investment Recommendations: Identify opportunities for technical debt reduction and efficiency improvements in hardware management.
Compliance: Ensure all hardware assets comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, procurement, and project teams to align hardware management strategies with organizational goals. Relationship skills to build partnerships.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in hardware lifecycle management and data analysis
Data analysis skills, ability to process and collate large amounts of data
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong Organizational and Strategy focused skills
Strong time management skills with the Ability to complete tasks and determine priorities
Analytical mindset, statistics experience
Communication skills with ability to engage Executive Leadership
Develop presentations/briefings and deliver to executive leadership
Experience in Agile methodology
Preferred Qualifications
IT experience in Retail environment
Strong Power Bi development experience
Technical Undergraduate degree
Familiarity with CMDBs
Service Now tool experience preferred

Salary Range: 86,320 | 107,900 | 129,480
