The Manager oversees trainee and facilitator support, manages training schedules and logistics, and ensures consistent execution across platforms and audiences. As a key innovator, this role shapes the strategy and methodology for knowledge sharing within the Supply Chain, driving continuous improvement and performance through scalable, high-impact training solutions.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME
Essential job functions:
Develops overall training programs/curriculums in alignment with organizational needs and priorities, and obtains buy-in from key stakeholders.
Regularly interfaces with stakeholders at the associate, manager, and director+ level within all functional Supply Chain teams and groups as needed to develop and execute training needs
Develops clear plan and approach for creation and maintenance of training-related materials and resources, including selection of appropriate mediums and vehicles for dissemination.
Partners with Business Process to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as processes are developed or changed.
Ensures cross-functional alignment and adherance to all training programs developed.
Upholds standards for all training-related materials, including training aids, guides, toolkits, handbooks, etc., ensuring complex concepts are translated into easily understandable language for end users.
Oversees knowledge management databases to ensure current and accurate training-related materials and resources are readily available to all end users.
Coordinates and hosts training sessions for both new and existing Supply Chain associates as needed.
Tracks, monitors, and reports on progress against plans and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, delegate responsibilities, and drive performance toward learning and development goals
Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and modern training methodologies
Experience designing and executing large-scale training programs across functional areas, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations
Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization, including associates, managers, directors, and cross-functional partners
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
High level of comfort withknowledge management systems, learning management systems (LMS), and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise, etc.)
Ability to translate complex operational processes and systems into clear, engaging, and accessible learning content
Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including inventory management, SOP development, and process optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and learner engagement
Preferred:
Professional certification in instructional design, project management, or organizational development (e.g., CPLP, PMP)
Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning initiatives or large-scale organizational change
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
