Working closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders, you will translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product strategies. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex retail technology ecosystems while maintaining focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations includeChicago, IL,and Quincy, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities
Product Development & Execution
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs across omnichannel experiences
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Prioritize feature development based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences
• Manage product backlogs and sprint planning in collaboration with engineering teams using Agile methodologies
• Organize independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and lead solutions that deliver business value
• Blend business acumen, technical problem-solving, and agile execution
• Proactively identify issues and collaborate on solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with operations teams to ensure digital products support fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service processes
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
• Work with data and analytics teams to establish KPIs, track product performance, and drive data-driven decision making
• Analyze product performance metrics and customer data to inform iterative improvements and future development
• Ensure product solutions address customer pain points throughout the order lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product decisions, timelines, and trade-offs effectively
• Document product decisions, learnings, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Lead product review meetings and maintain transparent communication channels with all project stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience
3-5 years of direct experience in a digital environment
Experience in Agile development and managing iteration-level deliverables
Data-driven mindset with a proven track record

Salary Range: $ 115,760 - $173,640
