Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling: Develop data-driven marketing assets that highlight product differentiation through customer-centric messaging and authentic storytelling across multiple channels.
Cross-Functional Design Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure seamless creation of messaging and visual elements while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Strategic Message Architecture: Transform complex information into clear, modular messaging frameworks that drive conversion and can be adapted across various channels.
Omnichannel Content Management: Create and optimize content calendars across digital platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and adjust strategy based on performance data.
Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with legal and communications teams to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
Agile Sales Enablement: Conduct regular reviews with sales teams to optimize marketing effectiveness and implement continuous improvement processes based on feedback.
Presentation Strategy: Develop dynamic, interactive sales presentations and create template libraries that enable sales team self-service while maintaining brand standards.
Event Strategy & End-to-End Logistics Management: Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive event strategies from initial concept through post-event analysis, including venue selection, vendor management, budget oversight, attendee registration systems, and detailed timeline coordination. Handle both intimate client meetings and large-scale industry conferences while ensuring seamless execution of all logistical elements and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Some sales or marketing experience
Experience working within a corporate office environment preferred
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or equivalent work experience
Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Adobe Creative Cloud experience required.
Strong verbal communication skills for collaborating with sales teams and gathering requirements.
Ability to maintain high standards for visual consistency and brand compliance across all materials.
Ability to create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, work under pressure, and find creative solutions to design challenges.
Ability to create professional templates, infographics, and data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information in digestible formats.
Understanding of how to structure presentations for maximum impact, including opening hooks, logical flow, and compelling calls-to-action.
Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of sales or marketing experience
Canva experience preferred, but not required.
Experience working within Sharepoint and web-based project management tools preferred
Comprehensive project management skills for end-to-end event execution including vendor negotiation, budget management, and timeline development.
Proficiency in event management platforms, registration systems, and logistics coordination software.
Strong attention to detail for managing complex moving parts while maintaining strategic focus on event ROI and attendee experience optimization.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
