-commerce and fulfillment product strategy and portfolio, roadmap, and OKRs. They will ensure we effectively move to the Product Operating Model and conduct business value and ROI analysis to inform and communicate how our product strategy creates quantifiable business value for ADUSA. They will support the organization in understanding and identifying where to invest so we can drive impact at each stage of the e-commerce customer journey (acquisition, retention, growth).
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Chicago, IL, and Quincy, MA.

Salary Range: $ 115,760 - $173,640
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
