te campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders . Additionally, the Campaign Merchandising Specialist is responsible for understanding site and content management system functionality to build campaigns for optimal performance based on target KPIs.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and tests campaigns to ensure there is accurate execution, troubleshooting as needed
Coordinate brand-led homepage, seasonal, merchandising, marketing and select monetized campaigns and scale campaigns, i.e. shopper marketing, ADRM (Ahold Delhaize Retail Media), etc., within the project management systems
Execute campaigns within content management system for onsite placement
Create and present tactical plan to leaders for final approval while demonstrating understanding of strategic intent and alignment with organizational priorities
Identify key metrics and build dashboards to monitor campaign health and site performance, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
The subject matter expert within ecommerce merchandising techniques and tactics and can articulate/ train others on best practices
Work with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
4+ years of experience in Site Merchandising, Ecommerce, Marketing or Category Management
2+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Quick learner with ability to learn new tools, programs and processes
Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
Efficient time management and organizational skills - able to sustain timeline management and campaign deliverables
Able to analyze results and make recommendations for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a site merchandising or assortment role within a retail or e-commerce environment
Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $72,880 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $83,840 - $129,480
