The Manager, Technology Business Management, will help drive ADUSA Digital's Technology governance roadmap, specifically centered on standardization of critical technology and security processes in a way that minimizes risk and supports engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen, an understanding of technology and security risks and controls, a big- picture mindset and the ability to deliver results. This role will work in close collaboration with technology, security, and business professionals at all levels within the organization.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Chicago, IL, and Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Governance & Risk Management
Develop, implement, and maintain a Technology Governance framework aligned with global policies, COBIT, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular risk and gap assessments of technology processes and standards
Create & manage necessary action items determined by risk and gap assessments.
Partner with process owners to drive adoption of governance principles and close compliance gaps.
Monitor and enhance governance processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and ethical standards.
Controls & Compliance
Establish a centralized control framework to manage risk and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Develop tools, templates, and dashboards to support control documentation, risk visibility, and escalation.
Act as the liaison for internal and external audits, coordinating responses and tracking remediation efforts.
Maintain ongoing compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
Process Improvement
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Technology Business Management (TBM) principles.
Facilitate process design, documentation, and adoption of KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics.
Implement governance dashboards to track and demonstrate process effectiveness and value.
