Alight is hiring Health Pro Specialist - Virtual, to support the Disability and Absence Claim Management process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Case Managers with:
Preparation of claim and service reports
Performing outbound calls to talk about RTW or monitoring phone queues.
Receiving and routing work requests
Monitoring task queues to ensure workflows to the correct resource.
Performing administrative tasks in support of special projects
Performing routine, non-complex disability or absence claim management tasks.
Demonstrates adherence to Alight values and performance guidelines, including complete and accurate documentation, schedule adherence, meeting all turnaround times as defined by the plan design, and client specific quality thresholds.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED
At least one-year previous customer service experience
Customer service phone skills
Computer savvy - Excel is a must.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
Must have organizational skills, such as the ability to multi-task, set priorities and follow up in a timely manner.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and is self-motivating.
We are a customer service focused delivery environment where flexible working hours may be required to meet deadlines.
Previous absence management and LeavePro experience is preferred.

Minimum :
25,800 USD
Maximum :
41,100 USD
