    • Document and communicate performance metrics, findings and recommendations across all development teams.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Maters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Significant experience (Minimum 12 year) in application performance engineering/ architecture.

    • Expertise with performance testing and profiling tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, New Relic, Dynatrace.

    • Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Automation scripting (Python, Bash)

    • Proven experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) , Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates) and Cost optimization methods

    Technical Skills

    • Server-side Framework - Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

    • Microservice Architecture, Rest API Design

    • Performance Tuning & Profiling - Visual VM, JMETER, Lighthouse

    • Logging, Troubleshooting - New Relic, Dynatrace, Kibana, Cloud Watch

    Database

    • Relational database - Oracle, MySql, Postgres, DB2

    • Nosql database - MongoDB, Redis

    Cloud Platform, Deployment and DevOps

    • Cloud Platforms - AWS (ECS, EC2, Cloud front, Cloud Watch,S3, IAM, Route 53, ALB)

    • DevOps - Docker containers, SonarQube, Jenkins, Git, Github, Github-actions, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform
