Position summary

Use various tools including personas to guide design choices, empathy maps to help teams understand user needs, journey maps to describe customer experiences across the operational value stream & story maps to design workflows.
Certified in Scaled Agile - SAFe® Product Owner (PO/PM)
Strong technical acumen and system thinking
Proficiency using Confluence, JIRA and Jira Align.
An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
Self-driven with strong project management and organizational skills.
Medium expertise in Product and can deliver end to end product all by themselves, also handling multiple teams and following best practices
High expertise in Product and can lead multiple products & contributes into Product Initiatives
Lead PO leading multiple PO's & Product. Also contributes to process changes & people management
Experience Required- 5+ years
