    Overview

    The Vice President, Value Advisory & Insights for the Employer Retirement Solutions will serve as a senior leader responsible for advancing Alight's wealth strategy through thought leadership, market engagement, client stewardships and value selling. This individual will play a critical role in positioning Alight as a trusted advisor in the retirement and financial wellbeing space, leveraging deep industry expertise, data-driven insights, and strong executive presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Thought leadership

    • Lead the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, articles, and commentary on wealth trends, participant behavior, and market dynamics

    • Translate complex data and insights into compelling narratives that resonate with clients, prospects and the broader industry

    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging with Alight's strategic priorities

    Market Representation & External Engagement

    • Represent Alight at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a recognized voice in retirement and financial wellbeing solutions

    • Develop and deliver impactful presentations, including drafting slides and presenting to institutional investors and industry audiences

    • Showcase the strength and differentiation of Alight's retirement and financial wellbeing solutions across multiple forums

    Client Stewardship & Insights Delivery

    • Play a key role in ongoing client stewardship by presenting data-driven insights and benchmarks

    • Analyze retirement plan data and compare against broader market trends to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for optimization

    • Support strategic client discussions with actionable recommendations grounded in analytics

    Value Selling & Business Case Development

    • Partner with sales teams to support new business opportunities through development of business cases and ROI analyses.

    • Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights that demonstrate value to prospective clients

    • Contribute to strategic pursuits by articulating the impact and differentiation of Alight solutions.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 20+ years of experience in the retirement and financial wellbeing space

    • Deep domain expertise in employer retirement plans, and participant behavior

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data

    • Proven consultative skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients

    • Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills

    • Demonstrated ability to speak confidently in front of large audiences and represent the organization externally

    • Experience developing thought leadership and contributing to industry dialogue

    Salary Pay Range

    Minimum :
    180,000.00 USD
    Maximum :
    235,000.00 USD
