To meet our customer's needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Atlantic Standard Time)
Accountabilities:
Review insurance policy and coverages
Investigate automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
Settle claims in accordance with organization's policies and practices.
Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement
Qualifications:
Fluency in French and English is required
FCNB claims adjusting license required
Minimum high school education or equivalent
1 - 3 years handling automobile claims is considered an asset
1 - 3 years of customer service experience
Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
