Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement

Qualifications:

Minimum high school education or equivalent
1 - 3 years handling automobile claims is required
Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
Adjuster's Licence for the province of New Brunswick or willing to obtain
Willing to complete a number of Chartered Insurance Professional courses (CIP) to hold the required Adjuster's Licence
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

Bonus Qualifications:

Fluency in French is a strong asset
