About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Accident Benefits Adjuster to join our team, supporting claimants across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. In this role, you will manage accident benefit claims in accordance with provincial legislation and company policies, ensuring fair and timely outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve accident benefit claims with empathy and professionalism.
Communicate effectively with claimants, medical professionals, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.
Apply relevant provincial legislation and guidelines
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of claim files.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and customer-focused service delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience in accident benefits or personal injury claims adjusting is an asset
Strong understanding of insurance legislation in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
Adjuster licensing in New Brunswick and/or French language proficiency (written and spoken) would be an asset
