Job description:
Completes virtual desk reviews of vendor repair estimates and other assigned claims to ensure adherence to estimating best practices and process documentation compliance
Virtually researches and responds to customer escalations, communications, concerns, conflicts or issues and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met
Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serves the customer with empathy; and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met
Develops, manages and audits relationships with network vendors
Monitors network utilization and identifies potential need for expanded or new networks
Participates in calibration activities with the Claims organization
Collaborates with leadership regarding inspection or file review results
Provides information on reinspection results to ensure vendors, repair facilities, and technicians are following Allstate specific guidelines and procedures
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
