copywriter role is part of the Creative team and supports Marketing Innovation & Corporate Brand (MICB) . We are a hands-on group of creative practitioners across all brand touch points, who see every interaction with consumers as an opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with them. We are tireless brand champions and consumer advocates who set the standards of excellence for communication and design at Allstate. We are the writers, designers, art directors, and producers who activate our vision, voice, and story in ways that provide consumers with meaningful experiences, content, and communications.
Focus areas
Health and i nsurance
Write and update collateral, such as website s , brochures, flyers, and email campaigns for insurance agents and other stakeholders
Translate technical, highly regulated product information into clear, accurate copy
Work with technical briefs , proactively seeking clarity from stakeholders
Apply product knowledge to ensure copy meets compliance and legal standards
Collaborate with project managers using existing tools and workflows
Creative c ontent
Contribute to brand campaigns, digital content, social media
Collaborate with designers and other writers on multi-channel creative work
Bring fresh concepts, voice, and ideas to a variety of audiences and platforms
Help shape narratives that connect emotionally while meeting business goals
Qualifications
Experience
2-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in regulated industries (health, pharma, finance, insurance) and creative marketing
Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
Comfortable working with limited direction and creative oversight
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Experience with individual health insurance ( i . e., Medicare Supplement, short-term medical , other health riders ) a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
