Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Communication: Engage with clients daily via phone and email. Maintain a professional and responsive communication flow, ensuring consistent updates and coordination throughout the case lifecycle.
Legal Document Management: Draft, enter, and manage certain pleadings, motions, trial documents, and legal correspondence using our case management system , ensuring data accuracy and maintaining appropriate document exchange with our clients and customers.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule depositions, hearings, and mediations. Maintain and track key litigation deadlines and ensure all team members and clients are informed of important dates and upcoming tasks administering efficient case lifecycle coordination.
Court Interaction & E-Filing: Submit legal documents through court e-filing systems and maintain compliance with filing and service procedures and deadlines. This position also requires occasional travel to various Courts, Post Offices and/or other case related entities.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Personable and comfortable engaging with clients and external contacts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization and time management abilities
Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn legal systems and e-filing platforms
Flexible, collaborative, and solutions-oriented

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $18.65 - 29.54 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
