    About the role

    This role involves managing moderate to complex inquiries and handling various protection plan questions from internal customers . It addresses service concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy while documenting customer requests and providing a great customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inputs and tracks information into the appropriate databases provided.

    • Remain current on new marketing campaigns in order to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resource tool s provided.

    • Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customer's part and updates as warranted .

    • Working knowledge of protection plans policies and related processes and procedures.

    Education and Experience

    • Call Center experience (Preferred)

    • Insurance industry knowledge (Preferred)

    Minimum Skills and Competencies:

    The following skills and abilities are required . Adjustments can be made for individuals with disabilities.

    • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    • Must be customer-focused and able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve questions and concerns.

    • Able to multitask and manage multiple systems daily.

    Desired Skills:

    • Previous experience in insurance customer service.

    For this position, we offer up to $ 24,000 MXN. monthly before taxes.

    Two days off weekly
