    Position summary

    ss insights derived from data analytics accessible to those without technical skills

    • Establishes, modifies, documents and communicates standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data quality, data reporting and data analytics

    • Communicates and presents project information to team and provides presentations/updates to management

    • Monitors and evaluates business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicates results and recommendations to management

    Essential Skills

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in statistical analysis including predictive and prescriptive analytics

    • A minimum of 1 years experience of querying databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB)

    • Experience cleaning and transforming raw data into usable formats to ensure accurate and reliable data

    • A minimum of 1 year experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting insights

    • Strong programming skills in SQL

    • Basic programming skills in Python, PySpark, and/or R

    Desirable Skills

    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric

    • Basic understanding of data modeling concepts, including normalization, denormalization, and schema design.

    • Basic understanding of the US Legal System

    Education

    • 4 year Bachelors Degree

    Experience

    • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

    Compensation
    Compensation offered for this role is $55,500.00 - 93,600.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
