rate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
• Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, agents, and carriers related to property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries & needs
• Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
• Navigates & updates system of records and notates system as required
• Assists answering questions in the help channels
• Receives cross training to assist different client queues
Education
• High School Diploma or GED
Experience
• 1-2 years experience
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
