    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze HR and talent-related data to uncover insights aligned with business goals.

    • Partner with stakeholders to define key KPIs and measurement strategies.

    • Design and build intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

    • Leverage data storytelling to clarify insights and support actionable decision-making.

    • Document calculations, ensure data accuracy, and maintain adherence to data management best practices.

    • Validate and peer-review data assets to ensure reliability and operational rigor.

    • Act as a thought leader, advocating for innovative approaches to complex problems in People Analytics.

    Essential Skills:

    • Customer focused - Curiosity and drive to understand the wish, go beyond what is expected, and foresee needs of the customer.

    • Build relationships and trust with teammates and customers.

    • Balance urgent customer demands with operational rigor impacting quality and sustainability.

    • Strong ability to communicate with customers and translate business and user needs into actionable requirements.

    • High proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large amounts of information.

    • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential data with integrity.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience in SQL, R, and/or Python for data preparation and analysis.

    • Strong communication and consulting skills to support strategic decision-making.

    • Proven track record of developing insights in HR or talent analytics.

    • Working knowledge of HR systems and technology (e.g., Workday, LMS, VMS, etc).

    • Experience working with workforce data or working in a people analytics team.

    • Passion for delivering actionable insights through visualization and storytelling.

    • Ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Compensation
    Compensation offered for this role is $69,200.00 - 123,800.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
    The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
