Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native platforms using .NET Core and Kubernetes.
Lead the design of containerized microservices architectures, with a focus on maintainability and performance.
Manage and evolve Kubernetes environments (AKS, EKS, or GKE), including cluster configuration, upgrades, and optimization.
Collaborate with software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to align platform capabilities with application needs.
Define standards and best practices for containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
Mentor development teams on cloud-native development, Kubernetes architecture, and .NET design patterns.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application and infrastructure layers, ensuring platform stability.
Contribute to platform roadmap planning and architecture governance processes.
Qualifications
7+ years of software development experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET.
5+ years of experience in a platform or application architect role, driving technical vision and implementation.
3+ years of production experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, configuration, and scaling.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, Helm, ingress controllers, and service mesh technologies.
Strong knowledge of containerized microservices and cloud-native application design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services (AWS or GCP experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority.
Experience modernizing legacy applications into microservices.
Exposure to cloud cost optimization and Kubernetes security best practices.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - $180,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
