Key Responsibilities
Review business change requirement documentation and make updates to rating systems
Under minimal direction, conduct testing and manual rating to ensure that all system changes meet organization standards and business requirements
Collaborate with other team member and business units to resolve issues quickly
Create and maintain standard process documentation
Ability to investigate and resolve logical errors
The successful candidate must demonstrate competencies in:
Have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead conversations and meetings
Be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership of work assigned to you, organize, and prioritize that work, ensuring completion to a high quality
Essential Skills

GCSE Maths at Grade A-C (please note you must demonstrate this on your CV to be considered)
A minimum of 2 A level passes or equivalent at Grades A-C (please note you must demonstrate this on your CV to be considered)
Demonstrate previous experience with MS Excel
