Senior Manager, Product Line Management

Accountabilities :

• Proactively identify and remove barriers to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

• Drive innovation across the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

• Lead and mentor a team of Consultants , overseeing performance, workforce planning, and recruitment.

• Develop and implement strategies that integrate product, pricing, and risk management for nationwide impact.

• Contribute to short- and long-term strategic goals aimed at market share growth and profitability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across ACG and product teams to align on strategies and execution plans.

• Analyze industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging issues to shape strategic recommendations for pricing, product, and risk management.

• Champion cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leaders on initiatives and organizational priorities.

Qualifications :

• Strong expertise in product development, risk management, and insurance regulations, enabling you to guide strategic decisions with confidence.

• A visionary, solutions -driven mindset, capable of turning complex challenges into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, allowing you to build alignment and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to innovate, introducing new ideas , techniques, and tactics that drive measurable improvements and business outcomes.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 133,400.00 - 183,400.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
