Training Associate Manager

d maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

• Develops key messages to drive engagement

• Creates, implements and measures internal/external communication plans as it relates to our training initiatives

• Coach and develop team members

• Oversees and evaluates direct reports to ensure department goals are met

• Directs less experienced staff and leads project teams

• Direct management responsibility for the training communications team

• Presents concepts and final work product to senior executive leadership

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
