Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products across an array of carriers
Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services
Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products
Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed
Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
Providing a positive customer experience
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule
Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule
Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time
Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment
HS Diploma or GED is required

Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement
Certifications and Licensures needed:
Ability to acquire a General Lines L&H License within 60 days of your start date, paid for by Allstate.
Compensation:
This position starts at a $15/hr base + Uncapped Commission.
Average First Year Earnings: $60,0000.00 - $70,0000.00
Average Second Year Earnings: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+
