Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while ensuring all details are managed effectively and with minimal disruption.
Communication Management: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communication to ensure timely and accurate responses. Prepare and screen correspondence and manage phone calls as necessary.
Travel Coordination: Organize complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, presentations, and taking detailed meeting minutes. Ensure that all necessary materials are available ahead of time.
Project Support: Provide administrative support on various strategic projects and initiatives, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and reporting updates as needed.
Document Management: Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system. Assist in the preparation, review, and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents for CEO meetings or communications.
Expense Management: Manage CEO's expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission for reimbursement.
General Office Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team when needed, assisting with operational tasks and ensuring efficient office management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity managing other assistants or administrative teams.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the Northern California is $150,000-190,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
