    Position summary

    ucceed in their roles. You will be the person who will drive consistency in how we sell, drive adoption, and earn the renewal with our customers. This individual is nearly autonomous but works in partnership with Revenue Enablement Leadership, Revenue Operations Business Partners, and Regional stakeholders to spearhead company initiatives. This role will be a lot of work but the immediate impact to the organization will be immediate and very visible. This is an opportunity unlike most that come along in Revenue Enablement organizations.

    Responsibilities

    • Works with business leaders and functional groups to create strategic enablement programs and effective training for any global initiatives that impact every revenue role we support, including individual contributors, people leaders, and channel partners.

    • Responds to enablement requests and ensures all circumstances and requirements are considered when making recommendations for new projects that impact existing programs, processes, and systems.

    • Develops and leads enablement programs designed to support the onboarding of new Associates and performance optimization across various functional teams.

    • For curricula that you are designing and developing, select appropriate training modalities, ensuring instructional integrity and educational effectiveness. Develop innovative, user-friendly content that simplifies complex ideas through written job aids, interactive multimedia, video micro-learning, practice activities, etc.

    • Effectively communicates plans, progress, and results of enablement programs to relevant stakeholders.

    • Develops strong cross-functional partnerships and collaboration across the enterprise to deliver information to the various teams at the right time and in the best format for consumption, adoption, and retention.

    • Leverages various learning strategies to deliver training to our global teams including e-learning, self-paced, instructor-led techniques, and certification programs.

    • Participates in the selection and deployment of technologies and processes to be used to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Drives reporting and measurements of the effectiveness of enablement investments and programs, including sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.

    • Collects feedback regularly and practice continuous improvement of the programs to keep up with the needs of the organization.

    • Supports key events, such as Global Kickoff, to ensure maximum value is delivered and corporate objectives are achieved.

    Background

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

    • Minimum 5+ years' experience in enablement or relevant operations, sales, or sales support roles for hyper-growth organizations

    • Understand sales methodologies like ValueSelling and Vortex Prospecting

    • Highly efficient, organized, self-motivated professional with a passion for training and enabling success for individual contributors and people leaders

    • Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mindset that promotes a climate of involvement, cooperation, and teamwork

    • Proven ability to rework complex concepts into easily understood materials for all expertise levels, combined with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

    • Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative training offerings and programs

    • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).

    • Ability to engage and inspire through both content and delivery

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a driven and energetic environment while managing multiple priorities

    • Must have a focused attention to detail on key programs and orchestration of activities and events

    • Great interpersonal and communication skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds as this role will support our global enterprise, spanning from sales to product engineering

    • Ability to connect the dots organizationally and influence stakeholders from various roles, levels, and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence

    • Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, strive for ongoing improvement, and thrive in a hyper-growth, dynamic environment with a high degree of innovation

    Compensation:

    Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

    The salary range for this role in the United States is $165,000- $210,000.

    In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
