Alteryx adoption. This role combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies, with the "business end" of operationalizing these programs with sales teams to ensure they are executed and produce results.
You will work closely with our Sales Leaders to understand their pipeline dynamics, bring together all pipeline stakeholders into monthly pipeline meetings, agree on pipeline acceleration programs (pipe generation and pipe progression, with a focus on create & close motions) to close any gaps and orchestrate the quarterly pipe generation planning process.
You will collaborate with your peers in EMEA, as well as Sales Strategy, Sales Development, Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure delivery of cohesive and impactful programs supported by all relevant stakeholders.
Deliverables take the form of recommendations and ownership of the regional sales programs plans, campaigns and programs creation/execution, innovation and best practice sharing. You will regularly brief sales leaders and own various cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop close relationships with designated Sales Leaders to identify pipeline gaps and opportunities within their business to proactively address. You are their Chief Pipeline Officer!
Lead monthly Pipeline meetings with your designated Sales Leaders to communicate and align on agreed gaps, opportunities and actions
Input into Alteryx Sales Programs initiatives, representing EMEA holistically on assigned projects to ensure regions needs are taken into account, and then lead program execution in EMEA region / knowledge transfer to your regional colleagues for local execution.
Work together with Sales Leadership to create and execute structured pipeline programs for your sales organization, primarily focused on Create and Close motions
In partnership with sales leadership and using standardised methodologies, define, set and regularly communicate progress against data driven program targets to drive pipe generation in alignment with larger business goals
Align with Alteryx cross functional teams on campaigns, promotions and messaging (industry and competitive) to targeted industries, segments and accounts
Co-ordinate all contributors to sales program activities including delivering briefings, continuous improvement in account target lists and content, reporting on results and successes, assessing effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement
Create and own a consolidated quarterly plan/calendar to meet pipeline generation targets, considering sales priorities for the region
Minimum qualifications:
Experienced. You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales programs, sales enablement, marketing or business development (preferably in a high-tech environment). You have solid analytical skills and program management experience.
Technically Savvy. You know that leveraging technology is critical to scaling any programs success. You have knowledge in business-critical applications.
Exceptional Communicator. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it. You are comfortable building relationships with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Sales Minded. Experience with all phases of the sales and business development lifecycle.
Go-Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed, assertive and resourceful.
Team-Player. You're a leader and you know that to get the best results, you are a great team player. You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional roles where you network, build relationships and influence others.

Travel. You will be expected to travel to our offices in Europe.
