    About The Role: Senior Product Manager, Machine Learning Products

    We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Machine Learning portfolio. In this role, you will own the product strategy and be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing against it. You will partner closely with a team of machine learning engineers and software engineers to drive the successful creation and launch of features for products at multiple stages of development. You will then work closely with stakeholder teams to positioning capabilities in market.

    A key aspect of this role will be understanding traditional Machine Learning concepts. Candidates should have a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

    Responsibilities

    · Establish a deep understanding of Alteryx's current ML offerings

    · Develop and execute a machine learning strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize ML opportunities that can deliver business value.

    · Foster a strong culture of communication and collaboration within a new team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers.

    · Effectively communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical audiences.

    · Independently manage and prioritize various workstreams with competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    · Define success metrics and document timelines, status, and results for each project under their direction and often work in partnership with partners and development teams to achieve success.

    · Lead the delivery efforts of initiatives across multiple teams and products.

    · Convey customer perspective and value-add during project planning and execution.

    · Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional product teams and customers.

    · Contribute to roadmaps and develop timelines to drive action and set realistic expectations.

    Qualifications

    · 7+ years of specific product ownership experience in an agile environment.

    · Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data engineering principles, software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps), and a strong foundation in generative AI concepts.

    · Prior experience developing and communicating a multi-year product strategy

    · Strong project management skills, including managing a project plan and tracking actions, risks, issues, and decisions. Attention to detail is critical.

    · Demonstrated ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle.

    · Organizational experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities without close supervision.

    · Experience working closely with engineers, agile and/or scrum teams.

    · Play an active role in resolving blockers preventing successful task completion.

    · Flexible and adapt quickly based on guidance from different stakeholders

    · Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in technology, statistics, mathematics or business with excellent professional verbal & written English skills.

    Bonus Points

    · Experience with Alteryx Products.

    · Proven track record of successfully developing and launching traditional ML products that have delivered significant business impact.

    · Exposure working with a portfolio of products in multiple stages of the product lifecycle.

    · Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other work management tools

    · Customer Success, Support, or Enablement experience

    · PMP Certification; Agile certifications (specifically CSPO, CSM)

    · Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.

    · Experience with globally distributed teams.
