Data Science Director - Marketing Investment Analytics

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role we are looking for an analytics executive who possesses excellent communication skills. The DS Director - Marketing Investment Analytics, will play a pivotal role in providing inputs, insights, and recommendations towards shaping and implementing our marketing strategies, ensuring our products reach the right audience and have a positive impact on patients' lives.
This role will lead the team responsible for is responsible for analyzing the performance of our commercial investments across sales, online and offline channels and provides analytical support throughout the investment lifecycle including sizing, experimental test design, measurement, optimization, and scenario planning.
The lead will oversee a group of data scientists leveraging advanced statistical modeling techniques working on the development of a suite of Marketing Mix Models and Multi-Touch Attribution models to holistically measure the incremental impact that marketing has on financial outcomes and build the framework to scenario plan and optimize investments across products, channels, and time.
This is a flex commuter/hybrid position in either Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL offices, expected to be in office up to 3 times a week.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics)
Or
Master's degree and 8 years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics)
Or
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics)
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
