    Director, GxP Learning & Performance - Learning Content
    What you will do

    Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will support and drive the GxP Learning strategy through the delivery and development of dynamic learning. This will include designing learnings that are tailored for roles, providing engagement and links to roles and responsibilities. This position will ensure employees and contract staff meet compliance requirements relating to knowledge, skills, and practices necessary for an individual's job performance. The position will partner across the GxP Learning Ecosystem to drive change and continuous improvement.

    • Evaluate training needs and participate in the development and delivery of training materials for network initiatives, including, but not limited to GxP and Quality, using high quality, innovative, timely, and effective learning solutions.
    • Develop training materials (eLearnings, Instructor led), in collaboration with SMEs, ensuring all aspects of job responsibilities and expectations are met to improve efficiency, effectiveness and compliance, addressing gaps appropriately.
    • Provide guidance and information on recommended learning and training material development.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify their training needs and provide input on how training can be tailored to their roles
    • Develop and curate training tools and resources such as job aids, knowledge articles, e-learnings, instructional materials, etc
    • Design and deploy the Annual GxP Refresher
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
    • Manage projects and training initiatives which directly support the Learning Network and GxP Initiatives, to effectively implement strategic business objectives in driving quality, compliance, and safety.
    • Develop training effectiveness program based on feedback, data analysis, and overall content and needs assessment.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Doctorate degree and 4 years of Operations and/or Development experience
    Or

    Master's degree and 8 years of Operations and/or Development experience
    Or

    Bachelor's degree and 10 years of Operations and/or Development experience

    In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 12 years' experience in Operations, Development and / or related functions, experience in biopharmaceutical / life sciences industries preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields.
    • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership and Development, or related fields.
    • Strategic agility-strong and demonstrated critical thinking capability with shown success and discipline to focus on execution of strategic decisions while balancing conflicting priorities
    • Process Effectiveness and Drive for Results-ability to provide innovative ideas to optimize the function and generate new ideas or alternatives that bring value including seeking new information and external insights.
    • Exceptional capability to build alignment with senior level business partners
    • Demonstrated strong ability to influence areas not under direct control to achieve objectives and effectively communicate challenging goals and objectives
    • Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to make and act on decisions while balancing speed, quality, and risk.
    • Competency in developing strategic plans, as well as directing tactical execution
    • Successful track record of building, leading, and maintain a successful and highly motivated team

    The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
