Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Corporate Services experience; Or
Associate's degree and 10 years of Corporate Services experience; Or
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Corporate Services experience; Or
Master's degree and 4 years of Corporate Services experience; Or
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Corporate Services experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in, chemical engineering, engineering, chemistry, biology or other science areas, or environmental, safety, or industrial hygiene.
Experience in Risk Management, including developing and implementing EHS risk management programs in Chemical and Biological laboratory operations.
Strong understanding of Chemical and Biological laboratory operations.
Proven success in managing change control programs.
Familiarity with typical project documents including process diagrams, P&ID's, equipment specifications, design drawings etc.
Experience in Process Hazard Analysis, including one or more of Hazop, What-If, PrHA, FMEA
Familiarity with risks and controls around high potency compounds and explosive atmospheres.
Applied knowledge and understanding of EHS principles and practices, regulatory standards, and requirements in context of business activities.
Well-developed skills in leadership, communication, program development and project management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software systems.
