    LIVE

    What You Will Do

Let's do this. Let's change the world. Amgen's Biosimilars Business Unit (BBU) is an integrated business unit managing assets from development to commercial readiness. With 8 launched and 3 pipeline biosimilars, our portfolio is poised to deliver ~$4B in revenue by 2030-and we're just getting started.

To drive this next phase of growth, we're seeking a Global Commercial Execution Lead (GCEL) Sr. Mgr.- a dynamic and strategic marketer who will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of three in-launch biosimilar brands, new indication expansions, and future brand integration.

Reporting to the Global commercial Execution Lead Director, the GCEL will operate as the strategic and operational bridge between Global Marketing Leads (GMLs), regional cross-functional teams, and ELMAC country teams. This role is instrumental in ensuring launch readiness, brand planning, and executional excellence-while adapting global strategy to local market realities.

We're looking for someone with a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and a passion for driving impact across varied healthcare landscapes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead market readiness for in-launch biosimilars (Wezlana, Amgevita HCF, Bekemv) across ELMAC.

    • Ensure two-way collaboration between country teams and global/regional stakeholders.

    • Serve as the central connector for Global-with-Local and Local-2-Local integration-driving communication, competitive intelligence sharing, and peer-to-peer best practice exchange.

    • Shape brand lifecycle planning through local insights (e.g., transitions, new indications).

    • Champion brand consistency across positioning, messaging, and planning across markets.

    • Maintain and energize an affiliate network to share biosimilar success stories, foster market insight exchange, and support regional PMRs and task forces.

    • Support the development and endorsement of business cases for in-launch brands.

    • Cultivate a "One Team" mindset, forging strong relationships across global, affiliate, and functional teams.

    • Promote AI and digital innovation to streamline planning and monitor launch readiness.
