Grad Intern - R&D Knowledge & Learning
What You Will Do

As an R&D Knowledge and Learning grad intern, your primary responsibility is to support the development and execution of educational content for pre-congress calls and related events. You will work closely with the learning professionals across Therapeutic Areas to create learning resources and ensure that the learning materials are engaging and informative. This role requires a blend of project management, cross functional collaboration, and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross functional team and the learning professionals across therapeutic areas to gather information and insights for content creation.
Design and develop learning resources to support programs across therapeutic areas.
Manage timelines and deadlines for content creation, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Maintain organized documentation of content versions, updates, and feedback.
Incorporate interactive elements and implement strategies to enhance participant engagement for resources used during learning calls.
Utilize various instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Collect feedback from participants and use it to continuously improve the quality of learning materials.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal (e.g., Global Medical, Global Scientific Communications, Medical Science Liaisons, Knowledge and Learning Professionals) and external groups (e.g., suppliers, opinion leaders) to develop and execute these learning resources.

Basic Qualifications:
Amgen requires that all individuals applying for a grad internship or a co-op assignment at Amgen must meet the following criteria:
18 years or older
Graduated with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master's program for a Master's internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D. for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Master's OR Pharm D OR Ph.D. program before the internship starts
Enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship or co-op assignment
Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship or co-op

The base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $30 - $40 per hour.
