ith CoLAB producers, marketing sponsors, Medical, Regulatory, and agency collaborators to translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, engaging visual communications.
While Agency of Record (AOR) partners lead core creative strategy and primary campaign development, the Graphic Designer focuses on executional excellence and is responsible for adapting, and extending, and scaling approved creative across multiple channels and formats to support brand needs throughout the product lifecycle. This includes producing iterative and derivative assets such as email templates, social media banners, journal advertisements, conference signage, internal communications, and print materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and executional excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop compelling marketing materials for pharmaceutical products, including sales aids, brochures, presentations, infographics, emails, websites, and social media assets, print
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, corporate identity, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with CoLAB producers, marketing, medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) teams to incorporate feedback and ensure compliance
Translate complex medical and scientific content into clear, visually engaging designs for healthcare professional and patient audiences
Develop production-ready final files, ensuring all technical specifications and formatting standards are met
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production

Maintain and organize creative assets and templates
Partner with CoLAB producers to assess feasibility and level of effort for design requests, support efficient handoffs between internal teams and production
Translate creative briefs and project requirements into high-quality visual solutions across print and digital channels
Apply strong creative skills to develop original, visually compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency with existing materials
Apply feedback constructively and iterate quickly during MAC review cycles
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
2-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma and PowerPoint design is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience working within brand guidelines and regulated review processes (e.g., MLR) preferred
