Finance and FP&A - Senior Associate**

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You, as our Finance and FP&A - Senior Associate, operationally support the delivery of day to day FP&A activities for their assigned regions. You are responsible for supporting Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management and reporting tasks.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Support business planning and decision making through financial analysis,
Expense planning, management and finance support for selected functions
Perform month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities, prepare journal entries, perform variance analysis
Supports long-term planning activities
Support ad hoc finance analysis and activities
Supports FP&A projects locally and may participate in wider projects
Adapt, support and contribute to the growth and CI of the department and ACCP
Performs control validations and testing (IICC/Finance Review of Payment).
Drives data quality and integrity in the Hyperion, SAP and ANAPLAN and ensures all reporting systems are accurate.
Consolidates budgets, latest estimate and actual variance analysis

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with process improvement and strong communication skills. The candidate will be detail-oriented and results focused, and will have a proven record of problem solving and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
University Degree, preferably in business or a finance related subject
3+ years working in a finance related field ideally Finance Planning and Analysis
Fluency in English and Italian , both in written and oral communication
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in FP&A activities
Qualified or part qualified accountant
Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of SAP, Hyperion, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Tableau as a plus)
Demonstrates a service-minded attitude
Clearly explains processes and procedures
Fluency in other European languages.
Basic knowledge of US GAAP
