    Position summary

    strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and stays updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop personal and business relationships with key decision makers and key prescribers to ensure individual and team sales target are reached.

    • Raise market awareness and deliver the sales messages for Amgen Products. Focus on developing each account to its fullest potential with both face to face and virtual connections.

    • Identify customers' unmet needs and expectations, and convert them to opportunities with sales tactics. Anticipate and adapt to environmental changes and challenges to optimize the opportunities.

    • Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion.

    • Collect market intelligence, use comprehensive market insights to identify and develop new business opportunities. Facilitate discussions on new initiatives with the Sales Manager and Product Manager to ensure a competitive advantage.

    • Think outside the box, be open to different ways of working and be very comfortable with technology.

    • Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop and implement territory plan and key account plans.

    • Optimize coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities. Report customer activity in CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date.

    • Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs.

    • Ensure compliance with the company policies and the local industry's code of conduct to ensure that the company conducts business with integrity.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in Science, Pharmacy or equivalent

    • Prior experience in niche or specialty portfolio is required and experience in Hematology or Oncology would be an added advantage

    • Proven track record of sales achievement

    • Growth-oriented mindset, self-motivated, analytical and strategic thinking

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

    • Familiarity & experience in digital/multi-channel engagements
