    Position summary

    ipate changing payer landscape maintaining deep understanding of payers, including emerging trends that might impact Amgen products

    • Developing & rolling out an engagement strategy with key payers

    • Value Evidence Generation in scope of dossiers and publications

    • Collect local cost data for the customization of CE and BI models

    • Map local payers and access influencing networks

    • Develop & roll out an engagement strategy with key payers and other relevant opinion leaders (e.g. advisory boards, stakeholders summit meeting) to support market access activities

    • Support/lead reimbursement/pricing negotiations with payers

    • Provide input for local requirements in the international value dossier & payer plan

    • Keep EU and global colleagues informed about and seek support on all ongoing submissions

    • Liaise with EU and global colleagues to create a strong relationship and defend and support the affiliate success

    Minimum Requirements

    • Academic education (Master of Science, MBA or PhD in Economics, Health Services Research, Pharmacy, Management/Marketing or Medical Doctor)

    • 3 years experience in a leading market access projects in pharmaceutical/biotechnology company or related consultancy or within government or HTA body

    • Fluency in oral and written English and in depth knowledge or fluency in the language of the local country is essential

    • Experience in communicating complex HEOR issues to non-experts

    • Solid project management skills for multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues to propose innovative solutions

    • Strong cross-functional leadership within the organization and ability to drive and influence peers in complex (matrix) organization

    Preferred Requirements

    • Experience in local healthcare environment

    • Strong Oncology/Hematology/Rheumatology/Neurology background
