Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, launch excellence, commercial excellence, or consulting
Demonstrated experience in both launch excellence and marketing capability building
Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills
Experience applying change management principles in cross-functional environments
Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new capabilities
Strong bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
