    Marketing Manager HCP, TEPEZZA (Rare Disease)

    What you will do

The Marketing Manager HCP will be a critical player within the brand team, tasked with developing and executing resources to evolve the management and treatment of TED. This role will require cross-functional engagement, strong teamwork and communication skills, a passion for patients, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, competitive landscape, literature and therapeutic management of the Thyroid Eye Disease, in addition to understanding managed care and infusion center dynamics

    • Support implementation of marketing strategy via development and management of marketing resources for the sales team, ensuring all tactics align to the brand strategy and follow brand guidelines

    • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership, sales training, and internal cross-functional groups to develop and execute brand campaign, messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials to educate and engage stakeholders

    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to continue to grow product adoption as well as to support the strategy for expansion of opportunity

    • Manage external partners (ad agency, meeting planners, market research, consultants) to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, messages and tactics across several projects at once and within agreed upon timelines and budgets

    • Leverage business insights and expert feedback to provide active input into the development and review of brand strategy and tactical plan

    • Gain feedback on and track marketing program effectiveness and continuously strive to optimize marketing programs

    • Work with MAC to ensure that marketing materials meet brand and regulatory guidelines

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Doctorate degree

    Or

    • Master's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

    Or

    • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

    Or

    • Associate's Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

    Or

    • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA Preferred

    • Ophthalmology, and/or Biologic specialty product marketing or sales experience, preferred

    • Experience working with multiple projects and managing multiple external vendors

    • Must have strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills

    • Ability to seize feedback and provide clear direction is essential.

    • Flexibility to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment with multiple demands with initiative and independence required

    • Ability to develop and execute on the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging & overall campaign

    • Work well with others

    • Requires approximately 20% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Professional, proactive demeanor

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

    126,027.00 USD - 155,005.00 USD
