    Position summary

    nd requires substantial project management. In particular, the intern will have the opportunity to work alongside the Empire team on cross-functional projects, developing both operational and project management skills.

    Specifically, you will:

    • manage Empire SharePoint and repository

    • ensure proper versioning and archiving of all Empire-related materials

    • help develop onboarding materials for new users or departments involved in the project

    • support internal training initiatives related to process changes

    • monitor KPIs related to Empire Project

    • perform basic analysis on project trends and bottlenecks

    • liaise with internal stakeholders (within Medical Department and with other company departments) to ensure success of Empire Project

    • provide regular updates and support in building reports and summaries for leadership and Empire Team reviews

    • provide suggestions for improving the use of SharePoint and other platforms based on user feedback

    • schedule and coordinate Empire-related meetings and workshops.

    • prepare agendas, capture key decisions and actions, and follow up on deliverables

    • Master degree in scientific subjects (University degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering) or related field

    • Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint in particular) with strong interest in developing skills in these tools

    • Fluency in English, both written and oral

    • Strong organizational skills, good stress management, and quick thinking

    • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic environment

    • Motivation and desire to learn quickly in the context of pharmaceutical industry

    • Good problem solving skills, proactivity and attitude to team work.

    • Attention to details and analytics skills
